Machine tool castings are made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron. Through finite element analysis, with a well-balanced combination of rational structural strength and reinforcing ribs, they feature stable metallurgical structure, low deformation tendency and high rigidity.
Linear guide rails are adopted for the X and Y axes, which deliver low noise and low friction, enabling rapid travel and optimal circular interpolation accuracy. The Z-axis uses hard guide rails paired with low-friction-coefficient Turcite-B for long service life and superior cutting rigidity.
The machine base is wide and sturdy, the column adopts a box-type structure, and the saddle is widened and lengthened. Designed with full heavy-load support, the robust structure guarantees outstanding heavy-load machining capacity.
Rib-reinforced structure is applied inside the spindle head. The optimized contact length between the spindle head and column offers stable support for the spindle.
The three-axis motors are directly coupled with precision high-speed ball screws with preloaded assembly to boost rigidity and precision.
