Machine Features:
The bottom adopts an integrated design with increased and enlarged internal reinforcing ribs for high rigidity. The overall mechanical structure is made of GB300 castings to guarantee long-term deformation resistance.
It features an extra-wide column design that expands the contact area with the beam, reducing vibration generated during machining.
The box-type beam design paired with a double-layer rib reinforcement structure doubles beam rigidity, improving the durability of mechanical precision and the stability of machining accuracy.
The integrated headstock greatly enhances structural rigidity, effectively avoiding the impacts of resonance and thermal deformation and boosting cutting rigidity.
A high-horsepower spindle paired with a 6000 r.p.m two-speed stepless variable gearbox is available as an option, enabling heavy cutting at low speeds and finish machining at high speeds for a wide machining range.
The integrated slide base is equipped with a dual hydraulic system. The Z-axis screw and dual symmetrical counterweight hydraulic cylinders are arranged at the optimal central position to eliminate unbalanced torque, ensuring accurate micro-feeding and consistent machining precision over long-term operation.
